Golowji Lulynn
Acrylic on Board, 10cm x 10cm
£100
When exploring Newlyn and finding compositions, the higher you go oftern yields the most interesting results. While climbing up high and peering over rooftops, I found the balance between the angles of the apexes and the steadfast pier and lighthouse really interesting. This small painting is the result of such a discovery. Titled ‘Golowji Lulynn’ which is Newlyn lighthouse in Cornish, the composition is complimented by colour experimentation. The result is a very punchy little piece which will liven up any little corner!
This painting was exhibited at the Summerhouse Gallery in Marazion, Cornwall as part of the Newlyn Cornwall exhibition in 2025
Framed in a simple white tray frame, ready to hang.
