This artwork captures just a shadow, an early evening shadow probably viewed by many as they amble home from the beach to their holiday chalet in Riviere Towans, in Hayle, Cornwall. I represents creating happy memories of carefree days on the beach, using tarmac, double yellow lines and nature’s graffiti.
This painting was exhibited at the Penwith Gallery in St Ives, Cornwall as part of the ‘Chaletscape’ exhibition in 2023
